Breakfast in a Jar
Number of Guests
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup wheat bran
2 Golden Palm Almond Date Rolls (this can be substituted by 5 sliced Medjool Dates and 1/3 of a cup of Almonds or any other nut)
1/4 cup finely chopped apple
2 cups of your favorite milk
In a large lidded jar distribute all of the ingredients evenly, compress them a little to make sure there are no empty spaces.
Fill with milk, double check for bubbles and let sit overnight in the fridge.
Enjoy a very healthy breakfast.
