Medjool Dates sprinkled with olive oil and lemon juice

10 Medjool dates
4 tablespoons of lime juice
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Saladitos for garnish (Mexican dried salted plums)
Halve the Medjool dates and remove the pit, serve them in a platter pulp side up.
Pour the olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle sea salt evenly.
Garnish with a few saladitos in the center.
