Ingredients:

100 g Spanish Chorizo
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper (cubed)
1/2 cup carrot (cubed)
1/2 cup onions (diced)
1/3 cup toasted pecans
1 bunch fresh oregano
salt and pepper

Instructions:
chop the chorizo in small cubes, cook them until golden brown, set aside to drip excess fat, keep some in the pot to cook the vegetables in.
