Ingredients:


1 can Evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk (if you use sweetened condensed milk, you will have to deduct 1 Cup of Medjool dates from the recipe)
1 cup whole milk
3 Cups Medjool Dates (soaked in water for an hour) plus a few more dates to garnish.
1 cup Pecans
1 tbs Vanilla Extract
1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
½ cup unsalted butter
4 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 tbs ground cinnamon

Instructions:
For the crust

in a bowl, add the flour, sugar and cinnamon, mix very well.

Cube the butter, then cut it into the dry mix in pea sized pieces, add a few spoonfuls of ice water if necessary, form a ball of semidry dough.
